Overview
The GGD series AC low-voltage distribution cabinet is a fixed-mounted low-voltage switchgear assembly compliant with standards IEC 60439 and GB 7251.1. Ⅱ.Applicable Conditions and Scope
1. The ambient air temperature should not exceed +40°C and should not be lower than -5°C. The average temperature within 24 hours should not exceed +35°C;
2.For indoor installation, the altitude at the point of use must not exceed 2000m;
3.The relative humidity of the surrounding air should not exceed 50% at the maximum temperature of +40°C, and a higher relative humidity should be allowable at lower temperatures (e.g., 90% at +20°C), taking into account the possible occasional effects of condensation due to temperature changes;
4.Special requirements can be resolved through consultation with the manufacturer.

1. How to choose between 600mm and 800mm deep GGD cabinets?
600mm depth: Suitable for space-constrained scenarios (e.g., renovation of old distribution rooms), supports up to 2500A horizontal busbar;
800mm depth: Recommended for new projects, supports 4000A high current, offers better heat dissipation and more ample wiring space.
2. Can imported circuit breakers like ABB/Schneider be installed?
Fully compatible!
Provides standard 35mm rail mounting positions (compatible with NSX/Tmax etc. MCCBs);
For air circuit breakers (ACBs), reserve +100mm width (e.g., select 1000mm wide cabinet for MT series).
3.Is customization needed for outdoor use?
①The GGD-W outdoor type must be selected:
②Protection degree IP54 (sealing strips added to door gaps);
③Cabinet top rain hood design (inclination angle ≥ 5°);
④Material upgraded to 304 stainless steel (additional +15% cost).
Ⅱ. Installation & Commissioning
1. How much distance needs to be (reserved) for wall-mounted installation?
Minimum space requirements:
Front operation: ≥ 600mm passage required for door opening;
Rear maintenance: No rear space required when installed against the wall (front-access maintenance design).
2. How to deal with door interlock failure?
Three-step emergency troubleshooting:
①Check if the interlock rod is deformed (straighten with a wrench);
②Clear dust accumulation in the lock hole (blow with compressed air);
③Lubricate transmission parts (engine oil is prohibited, use special grease).
Ⅲ. Operation, Maintenance & Economics
1. Is power off required for fuse replacement?
Power must be disconnected! Operating procedure:
①Disconnect the upstream power supply →②Confirm de-energized with a voltage tester →③Open the door panel and replace the fuse link →④Reset the door interlock.
