Ⅱ. Applicable Conditions and Scope

1.Ambient air temperature not higher than +40°C, not lower than -5°C, average temperature within 24 hours not higher than +35°C

2.For indoor use, altitude at place of use ≤ 2000m

3.Relative humidity of the surrounding air should not exceed 50% at the maximum temperature of +40°C; a higher relative humidity is allowed at lower temperatures, e.g., 90% at +20°C, and the possible occasional effects of condensation due to temperature changes should be considered

4.Special requirements can be resolved through consultation with the manufacturer.

. Product Selection & Configuration

It is recommended to select based on 1.2 times the total load current. For example:

Small workshop (100-250kW): 400A-630A

Medium factory (250-800kW): 800A-1250A

Large facility (800kW+): 1600A or customized solution

Ensure:

①Select IP65 protection degree

②Installation height ≥ 30cm from the ground (waterproofing)

③Avoid direct sunlight locations (recommend adding a sun shield)

.Installation & Use

Wall-mounted: Concrete wall or steel frame structure (load-bearing ≥ 200kg)
Floor-standing: C20 concrete foundation (thickness ≥ 15cm)
